In general, we try to work remotely as much as possible in order to keep costs and environmental impact to a minimum. We have also experienced that remote working allows for significantly greater flexibility, thereby minimizing disruption to your company's operations.

This can be done together with you local existing team or, if needed, we can support you with an ad-interim Manager.

Therefore you will get an first analyze report which includes, among other things, e.g. spare parts management, bottleneck analyse, main contributors downtime.

We also offer you as an on-top service qualified maintence technicians which can support you in shutdowns, short-term support or even in an turnaround* of your whole maintenance department. 

Our main focus is on small and mid-sized companys to support them in growings and savings which are mainly located in Germany, Switzerland and Mexico.
